What you'll be doing
The Group Product Manager, Acquisition and Channel Partnership, plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational excellence of creditor insurance solutions. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of product and channel initiatives, including the identification of market opportunities, development of business cases, and execution of go-to-market strategies. The incumbent will oversee the daily administration of card creditor insurance products, ensuring seamless delivery through key distribution channels and alignment with overall business goals.

How you'll succeed
Strategic planning & execution- Support strategy by developing and executing initiatives aligned with strategic priorities to drive product enhancements and development. Contribute to sales by implementing offers and campaigns, and foster engagement by improving client communication and experience. Lead key initiatives end-to-end, from idea generation and conceptualization, solution and capability design, assessment of financial impacts and business cases, to development and implementation in collaboration with partners.
Analytical- Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial, client, and operational data, with the ability to interpret complex information and identify patterns and trends. Analyze and assess key business drivers, derive actionable insights, develop recommendations, and implement changes.Stay abreast of industry developments and demonstrate a strong understanding of competitive positioning in Canada. Evaluate competitive best practices to formulate new ideas and execute initiatives to maintain competitiveness.
Leadership- Demonstrates well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to influence at the senior level. Able to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively while managing competing priorities
Relationship Management- Act as a relationship manager for key vendor and insurer relationships. Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the bank including Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Technology, and distribution partners to ensure successful collaboration.
Communication- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex, conceptual information both written and verbal in a clear and concise manner. Develop and deliver executive-level communications within Insurance and across the bank.
Continuous improvement & innovation - Proactively identify opportunities for product and process enhancements, introducing innovative ideas to drive both short- and long-term improvements.
