What You’ll Be Doing

As Manager, Fixed Income Operations, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the efficient and accurate settlement of fixed income transactions across domestic, US, and international markets. Your operational leadership will drive process optimization, risk management, and service excellence in areas including Repo Settlements, Fixed Income Cash Settlements, Coupon Claims, and Payments Processing. You will champion modernization and automation initiatives, ensuring our operational framework evolves with our expanding product offerings and client base. This role demands a strategic, operations-focused leader with a strong technical and analytical mindset, adept at resolving complex, high-impact issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Lead with Effectiveness and Authenticity - Take charge in a dynamic and evolving environment. Maintain a strong focus on process efficiency and team development. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional service to our clients and business partners.
  • People Leadership - Provide operational and process management expertise to balance service excellence, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation. Oversee production activities, including resource allocation, process adherence, and compliance reviews. Set strategic direction for the team and implement related objectives. Offer comprehensive advice and support on operational and product processes.
  • Compliance and Controls - Proactively manage risk by ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and standards within the department.
  • Business Relationships - Build and manage effective partnerships and business relationships to enable clear communication and seamless cooperation.
  • Industry Knowledge & Education - Bring proven experience in Capital Markets Operations, with a strong understanding of Securities Lending, Settlements and Collateral Management.
  • Technical Skillset - Demonstrate the ability to analyze and process data with speed and accuracy, supported by a strong technical and analytical mindset. Experience with Arrow, CDCC, DTC, Fed, Apex, Broadridge (ADP), and Euroclear is highly valued.
