What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Sr. Manager; the Consultant, Digital Operations plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the AI Daily Monitoring process while also supporting digital vendor relationships. In this role, you will lead a team of AI Monitoring Analysts to ensure daily logs are scored effectively and within the defined SLAs for the team. You will work closely with vendors to support the daily maintenance and operations of vendor-hosted products. Additionally, you will collaborate with your immediate team to score a high volume of logs each day. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your team closes the loop for each AI monitoring log. This is a highly collaborative role that involves working with the AI product team, development resources, technology partners, technical writers in the Knowledge Management Team, and various lines of business across the Bank. Your ability to manage vendor relationships, provide leadership to your team, and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment will be critical to the success of this role.
How You’ll Succeed
Generative AI Knowledge - Working knowledge of machine learning (LLM) and Generative AI principles and frameworks
Stakeholder and Vendor Management - We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships effectively. Responsibilities include fostering collaboration, aligning stakeholder goals, and monitoring vendor performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, ensuring seamless operations and value-driven outcomes for the team.
Collaboration with a one-team approach - Work closely as a team with our immediate team, business stakeholders and technology partners to achieve a high level of accuracy.
Monitor the performance of AI Monitoring Analysts - Make data-driven decisions to enhance process effectiveness coaching your team to learn, upskill in this space.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement – Encourage the exploration of reducing manual work effort within built AI processes.
Deliver with speed - You work with a sense of urgency to coach and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.
Power BI Reports: You know how to use the Power BI Report suite, work with a reporting SME to understand accuracy rates and further define and build out operational reporting for the Daily Monitoring Process
