What You’ll Be Doing
At Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement, we’re building the bank of the future. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital & AI Enablement will play a critical role in shaping and delivering transformational initiatives that drive impact across the organization and for our clients. This role supports the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic programs – from opportunity identification to execution -With a focus on embedding AI and digital capabilities that are scalable, people-centric, and business aligned. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear action. You’ll drive change that sticks, align stakeholders around a shared vision, and deliver with speed - helping us build the next generation of enterprise solutions.

How You’ll Succeed
Strategy: Develop forward-looking, scalable strategies and frameworks to prioritize initiatives based on business value, risk, and alignment with enterprise objectives.
Execution/implementation: Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives - orchestrating work packages across various partners. Drive disciplined delivery with agility and flexibility, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable outcomes while adapting to evolving priorities, especially in the AI and digital space.
People Change Management: Act as a key strategic partner in ensuring that all initiatives – especially those with digital or AI components – are people-first and adoption-ready. Build and executive thoughtful, multi-pronged change management strategies that anticipate resistance, activate leadership sponsorship, and engage team members in meaningful ways.
Cross-functional collaboration & strategic alignment: Act as a key integrator across product, business and functional teams – building strong relationships, aligning priorities, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable strategies. Serve as a central liaison and trusted partner, ensuring strategic initiatives remain connected to enterprise objectives while maintaining transparency, clarity, and momentum across all partner groups.
Deliver with speed: Deliver initiatives on time, within scope and budget, while managing multiple priorities and adapting to change with agility.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience in business strategy, product or a business role. It's an asset if you have thorough knowledge of financial services sufficient to analyze and interpret complex information and concepts, apply/present these in innovative ways at all levels of the organization and ability/experience to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization.
