What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Enterprise Service Management & Automation team. As a ServiceNow Platform Demand Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end demand lifecycle, from intake to governance approval, ensuring alignment between business goals and platform capabilities. You’ll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, facilitating the evaluation, prioritization, and execution of new platform demands.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Manage Demand Intake and Evaluation - Oversee the day-to-day intake and tracking of new demands related to ServiceNow products and capabilities. Collaborate with requestors to clarify business value, urgency, and scope of their submissions. Ensure completeness and accuracy of demand entries to support timely assessment.
  • Facilitate Strategic Assessment - Lead impact analyses and technical feasibility reviews of incoming requests. validate alignment of proposed demands with enterprise objectives and platform strategy. Coordinate assessment efforts with Product Owners, Process Owners, and Architects.
  • Drive Prioritization and Governance - Coordinate cross-stakeholder prioritization efforts and prepare materials for governance forums. Support or chair platform/portfolio demand boards, helping drive decisions on approval, deferral, or rejection. Maintain alignment of approved demands with product roadmaps and architectural standards.
  • Ensure Transparency and Pipeline Health - Monitor the health of the demand pipeline and provide regular reporting to stakeholders. Deliver insights on demand trends, statuses, and bottlenecks. Support continuous improvement of demand processes and related governance frameworks.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience – in business experience in product management, business analysis, or platform governance within enterprise environments. You understand portfolio governance frameworks and strategic planning processes. You have ServiceNow familiarity in platform capabilities and the demand-to-value lifecycle. You’ve worked in Agile or hybrid delivery models, using tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow Demand Management. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or training in Demand/Strategic Portfolio Management is a plus.
