Why Join Us?

We are seeking for a driven Agile Coach to join our Release Operations & PMO Group and play an important role in driving Agile adoption across our R&D organization. This position is integral to the success of our Agile implementation, and the successful candidate will support specific areas to maximize Agile effectiveness.

As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with the Area RTE, area manager, product management, Tam leads, teams and Agile Masters to ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps principles, foster team maturity, and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will not only be a mentor and motivator but also a hands-on contributor, helping teams deliver value while leveraging Agile tools and techniques effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Area RTE with
    • Drive Agile and DevOps maturity within the Agile teams in the supported R&D areas (between 12 to 20 teams)
    • Facilitate Agile planning events, Yearly, Quarterly and sprint planning events.
    • Implement and track metrics and dashboards to create visibility and data driven improvements
    • Improving R&D and QA efforts collaboration, working with most of PO groups and managers in all levels.
    • Implement DevOps culture and practices within the teams
    • Be the agile coach & leader within the value stream to maximize value delivery
    • Ensure alignment & transparency to relevant stakeholders
    • Continuous improvement mindset to optimize productivity
    • Empower VS’ members into high-performing teams
    • Full responsibility on Value stream branch
    • Train the teams on advanced topics
  • Work closely with our Agile coachers aligning on best practices and guidelines.
  • Plan & track the Agile implementation plans including identifying risks ,handling action items
  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Certified scrum master or other SAFe cerifications preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a RTE or a similar role.
  • Release Manager experience - advantage
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban and DevOps, to deliver solutions.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent people and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
