About the Team:
Check Point is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to our growing team and business. Your main objectives are straightforward — reach out to promising incoming leads, cold calling to new prospects, discover pains and needs, introduce CloudGuard solutions, and convert them into loyal customers. This role will also work closely with our Field Sales team, Marketing teams and other critical stakeholders in driving business for the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate is a curious, self-starter who is dedicated to their team and achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Grow the Check Point Cloud customer list by identifying qualified sales meetings through prospecting via phone and email
- Partner with our account executives & Cloud Specialty team to strategize and penetrate existing and new accounts to uncover Cloud sales opportunities
- Create and prioritize target account and contact lists
- Conduct high level conversations and build relationships with senior and mid-level executives in assigned accounts and territories
- Employ product knowledge and active listening skills to gather information necessary to identify needs and opportunities
- Track and measure daily sales goals and metrics
- Meet and exceed monthly quotas (meetings/converted meetings to opportunities) and daily KPI’s of 60+ calls/activities
- Leverage Salesforce.com and additional sales enablement tools (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.)
Qualifications
- 4+ years of prior inbound/outbound sales development experience in B2B
- Familiarity with the Cloud IaaS/PaaS space and/or cybersecurity space
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets & Goal oriented
- You are curious: always looking to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- com experience strongly preferred, not required
- Have access to dedicated home office and high-speed Internet connectivity
- Ability to think and communicate effectively “on your feet”
- Must be proactive and possess excellent problem solving skills
- Possess a mature, professional, CONFIDENT phone personality
