Position Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Associate to be responsible in end to end tracking of the ideas that are submitted on the BOOST! Innovation portal.

The responsibilities of the Project Management Associate is to track ideas submitted, collaborate with Idea sponsors and process owners, track the progress of the ideas throughout the Idea process, analyze ideas in terms of the financial benefit and track overall cost savings for the ideas implemented in the portal, track progress of ideas during the development stage and conduct the post implementation review of the implemented ideas.

Project Management Associate Responsibilities:
• Tracking and documenting ideas submitted in the BOOST! Innovation portal
• Coordinate and secure approvals from idea sponsors.
• Organize collaboration sessions.
• Analyze financial benefit of ideas and track actual materialized benefit of implemented ideas.
• Ensuring the timely turnaround of team members throughout the idea process.
• Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
• Reconcile entries as needed by comparing and correcting data between tools
• Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Innovation Program Manager

Project Management Associate Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry.
• A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
