Position Description:

Accountabilities:
• Work closely with project team to automate systems testing of new functionality
• Analyze and translate user stories, functional and technical specifications into automated test scripts.
• Update and maintain automated test suites with new changes.
• Other duties related to running automated test scripts.
• Participate in events with an agile team using SCRUM methodologies.
Must Have:
• Overall all 4-5 years of progressive experience with software testing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation testing
• IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems)
• Experience with Agile Methodology
• Experience with Jira
• Identify areas for automation (PROCESS IMPROVEMENT) and write automation scripts (Cyara)
• Expert Computer skills:
o Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid
o Experience with testing Conversational AI solutions using tools such as Cyara
o VBA and Excel (spreadsheets and macros)
o J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF)
• Strong communication skills, aptitude for making complex situations understandable to others
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail
• Ability to set and manage competing priorities
• Flexible to work outside of normal business hours including weekends occasionally
Good to Have:
• Insurance experience an asset
• Experience with Call Center Testing
