Position Description:

Here is a unique opportunity to join CGI’s SAP SuccessFactors’s team. The selected candidate will act as SAP SuccessFactors consultant tackling mission-critical and large-scale transformation projects.

The candidate will work closely with our clients to identify their needs, design solutions, configure SAP SuccessFactors modules, and ensure successful software implementation. A mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise will be required to achieve business results. Experience in SAP design, configuration, and testing is also a plus, as well as an interest in mentoring team members.

-Manage and ensure execution of all implementation project tasks using SAP SuccessFactors methodology
-Lead workshops to collect client specifications and to share industry standards
-Work with client to design business processes, gather functional and reporting requirements
-Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client requirements
-Support testing, data conversion and integration development efforts
-Conduct client training workshops
-Control customer delivery and go-live
-Be a system expert on SAP SuccessFactors, stay abreast of new features and products released.
-Develop and promote use of work procedures, tools, methodologies and processes
-Communicate with project team members regarding project milestones, risks, issues, and status
-Measure project success and identify improvements needed
-Contribute to maintain and grow our internal team knowledge
-Collaborate in preparing RFPs to clients
-Support solution sustainment activities

What you will need to succeed:
-Minimum 4 years of functional or configuration related-experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules
-Certification in 2 or more SF modules (employee central, recruitment, LMS, etc.)
-Strong ability for understanding and analyzing HR management processes
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
-Strong presentation and leadership skills
-Ability to work on simultaneous client assignments
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT or related field
-Bi-lingual in English and French a plus
-Knowledge and/or previous experience in SAP HCM would be an asset
