Finance Analyst

Position Description:
CGI Philippines is looking for Finance Analyst with at least 1-2 years of financial or business with a background in reporting.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Monitor, coordinate, and work together with the team to ensure client expectations and service targets/ SLAs/ KPIs compliance are met
• Check ASOP Workbench service availability and act on issues experienced.
• Monitor Dashboard and coordinate with assignee/team leads to resolve ticket issues, assist with trouble shooting and support on finding suitable resolutions.
• User support and basic configuration of the ASOP Workbench. Trouble shooting of the issues in ASOP Workbench and assistance in communication with ASOP Global support upon ASOP Workbench related system bugs.
• Check the PSA transfer log and coordinate with worklog user/team leads to correct work logs that ended up in error, assist with trouble shooting and support on finding suitable resolutions.
• Verify time reporting balances between ASOP Tempo and PSA
• Prepare monthly invoice reports and other ad-hoc reports
• ASOP onboarding of new project members
• Proactive improvement work and maintenance in ASOP Workbench (i.e. building new Jira filters, configure of dashboards, building project automation rules and setting up PSA transfer rules)
• Ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete
• Active participation in meetings with onshore clients and counterparts
• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Lead Consultant or Service Delivery Manager.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Currently a Service or Principal Consultant for at least 1 year
• Proficient in using CGI Tools such as PSA, My Workspace, Intellx, Ensemble, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Experience in ASOP tools (JIRA, Confluence) is an advantage
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/problems and deliver effective resolutions with a level of urgency
• Above average verbal and written English communication skills
• Team player, flexible, and can work well under pressure
• Efficient in time management to perform all necessary deliverables
• Willing to work on a Mid-shift schedule (2pm to 11pm)
