Position Description:

Experience: 6 to 10 Years
Location: Any CGI locations

The Senior Java/J2EE Developer with working knowledge of PL/SQL will be responsible to properly maintain source code sets and necessary technical documentation, and assist the DBA's in overall database maintenance. In addition, he/she will develop, design, test and implement complex database programs using Oracle and third party tools.

Required skills include:
• Programming skills in designing and implementation of multi-tier applications using Java 8, J2EE, JDK8, Springboot etc.
• Experience in developing Web Services using - SOAP, REST, WSDL and developing DTDs, XSD schemas for XML (parsing, processing, and design).
• Good PL/SQL development experience in Oracle 8i/9i/10g/11g/12c;
• Good knowledge with Java Database configurations.
• Experience with OLTP systems;
• Knowledge / experience with database transaction management
o Including commit, rollback, save point, and deadlocks.
• Experience with exception management, logging using PL SQL, Performance analysis and tuning;
• Quick learner, able to provide great solutions, great design, flawless code;
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Must be excellent at working with the client, responsive, with outstanding consultancy skills;
• Should be Self-starter, excellent at working under pressure and possess good communication skill.
• Available to work during UK Shift hours (12:30 PM to 10 PM IST);
• Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.

Additional nice to have skills include:
• Knowledge of Telecom domain knowledge or networking concepts;
