We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our Sales Team! In this role, you’ll own and manage the end-to-end contract renewal process across our three brands ensuring timely, successful renewals that drive customer retention. The Renewals Specialist will report directly into our Senior Director of Sales and Account Management, partnering with our customer experience, sales and finance teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage the end-to-end contract renewal process across three brands: Case IQ, Lextegrity, and Whistleblower Security, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
  • Partner closely with Customer Experience, Sales, and Finance teams to develop renewal strategies that minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer, and internal, stakeholders to ensure contract discussions are smooth, proactive, and aligned with their evolving needs.
  • Forecast renewal outcomes accurately and consistently, managing a rolling pipeline and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and best practices to streamline renewal workflows and improve operational efficiency across all brands.
  • Create reporting and dashboards to track renewal performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to leadership.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-risk renewals, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and drive positive outcomes.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing adjustments where necessary, balancing customer satisfaction with company goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each brand’s offerings and ensure renewal conversations reflect product value and potential for upsell or cross-sell.
  • Contribute to retention initiatives by proactively identifying customers at risk and supporting strategies to retain and re-engage them.


Who We’re Looking For

  • A proactive and strategic thinker with a proven track record in renewals management, customer success, or account management, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Strong communicator, able to navigate commercial conversations with confidence and clarity while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple renewal cycles across different products and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands with distinct customer bases, systems, and internal processes.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Adept at managing escalations and navigating internal alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • 3+ years of experience in a renewals, customer success, or sales operations role; experience managing a portfolio across multiple brands is a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM and contract management tools (e.g., Salesforce, ChurnZero, or similar).
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to continuously improve customer retention outcomes.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to challenges.
