We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to ensure our software remains an industry leader in providing investigative case management solutions that deliver the case management needs for the world’s largest organizations.
Our desired Senior Product Manager is outgoing, builds consensus through facts and data, is process-oriented, works well with customers and stakeholders, and can be an advocate for Case IQ and our products outwardly. As a Senior Product Manager at Case IQ, you will be the driving force behind product-led prioritization and decision-making, guiding the direction of 2-3 feature development scrum teams. Reporting to the Director of Product, you will lead discussions across the business, particularly with customer-facing teams, to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals. Your expertise in investigative case management, risk management, and compliance SaaS products will be critical as you advocate for the voice of the customer, focusing on solving their problems and delivering impactful solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated experience as a Product Manager. You should also be familiar with product management frameworks, agile software development practices, and using the technologies that support requirements gathering and sprint management, such as Jira.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate cross-functional product-led prioritization discussions with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Serve as a product expert and the voice of the customer, ensuring that all product decisions reflect user needs, particularly in investigative case management, risk management, and compliance domains.
- Collaborate with other product managers, designers, and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, with a clear focus on solving the key problems for users and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Own and manage the product backlog for your value streams, prioritizing features and enhancements that directly address the compliance, risk management, and investigative needs of our customers.
- Lead and manage product integrations with external partners and internal systems to expand functionality and deliver customer value.
- Lead 2-3 feature development scrum teams, ensuring that the teams deliver solutions that meet the highest standards of usability, performance, and security.
- Conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements that align with the product strategy and enhance our offerings.
- Write stories for your development teams. Ensure scrum teams understand the business objectives for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless product lifecycle from inception to development to release to post-release measurement.
- Work closely with product marketing to position Case IQ’s strengths within key segments such as risk management, compliance, and investigative case management, ensuring that features are effectively communicated to customers.
- Deliver training, webinars, and work with our technical writer to ensure both customer and internal enablement objectives are met for each feature.
- Define and analyze key product metrics, using data to iterate and improve product features to ensure customer success and business growth.
- Regularly engage with customer-facing teams to capture the voice of the customer and make data-driven decisions that guide the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of product management experience with a focus on SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of product integrations (e.g., APIs, third-party platforms, internal systems).
- Experience and/or knowledge in Risk, Compliance, or Security is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead product discussions and make strategic decisions based on customer insights, market research, and business priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple scrum teams and delivering complex solutions.
- Experience conducting user research through varying methods.
- Experience with end-to-end product development lifecycle form inception to release.
- Knowledge and practical experience with product management frameworks (i.e. Jobs-to-be-done, Personas, Journey Mapping, etc.).
- Strong presentation skills and comfortable communicating to a large audience including webinars and/or customer enablement sessions.
- Ideal candidate will continuously seek and implement ways to improve processes and overall business objectives.
