In this role (remote-first), you will be responsible for partnering with our Account Executives and Account Managers to provide technical expertise when hunting new business and selling within our growing world-class customer base. Your focus in this role will be to facilitate product-focused technical conversations with both internal and external stakeholders and to support the team in exceeding sales targets
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
- Lead technical sales discussion which involve complex product discussions, system integration, data migration, and communicate these in an easy-to-understand way
- Participate in product demonstrations for prospects via web, telephone, and face to face meetings
- Help overachieve on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support the sales organization by helping generate high-quality sales leads, collaborate on RFP responses, increase sales velocity by removing technical roadblocks, and preparing customers for success as they transition to delivery
- Maintain and update knowledge of i-Sight product and services as well as sales objectives
- Conduct product gap analysis for Customers interested in upgrading their product
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal supporting teams such as Technology, Delivery, and Product
- Bring a growth mindset to work everyday
Who We’re Looking For
- University, College and/or Post Graduate Certificate related to Computer Science, Business, or equivalent working experience
- An intermediate to senior understanding of Node.js, JavaScript and SQL backed by strong technical knowledge and communication skills
- Coachable and takes initiative to actively seek ongoing constructive feedback
- Inquisitive and relentless in understanding the WHY and able to effectively communicate through it Obsessed with being prepared and expanding the use case of our product within a world-class book of logos with the same level of investment as if it were your own business
- Strong prioritization skills to execute competing responsibilities
- Energetic and engaging personality with a positive team player attitude
- Highly skilled in the art of asking impactful questions and listening
- Competitive with a track record of winning - Demonstrated ability to create lasting relationships and exceed targets
