In this role (remote-first), you will report to the Sr Growth Marketing Manager and spearhead the development and execution of SEM and SEO strategies, conduct technical SEO audits, optimize organic search rankings, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns. With over 6 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SEM platforms, social media, and P2P channels, along with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEM and SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct routine competitive analysis to assess the SEO and SEM performance of industry peers, enabling data-driven refinements of our internal strategies as needed.

• Lead SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities.

• Build assets required to execute campaigns and experiments, including landing pages, and creative.

• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across channels such as paid search, display, paid social, P2P sites and other relevant platforms.

• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, ensuring maximum ROI.

• Manage and optimize marketing spend in paid channels to achieve cost-effective customer acquisition ROI.

• Proficiently provide ROI reporting for each paid marketing channel

• Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Present regular reports to team, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.

• Implement A/B testing and experimentation methodologies to optimize campaign performance.

• Collaborate with content marketing, product marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SEM and SEO, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.

• Previous experience executing campaigns on social media and P2P channels such as Capterra.

• In-depth knowledge of SEM platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) and SEO best practices.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools.

• Data-driven marketer who strengthens their intuition with large amounts of data and customer insights.
