Our ideal Product Manager is not only outgoing and adept at building consensus through facts and data but also has a strong background in managing products within the investigative case management, risk management, and compliance SaaS sectors. This role demands a process-oriented individual who excels in working with customers and stakeholders and can passionately advocate for Case IQ and our innovative products. As a Product Manager at Case IQ, you'll find yourself in a dynamic and challenging environment where your main objective is to collaborate with our talented team to elevate initial concepts into both functional and industry-leading product enhancements. These enhancements are designed to meet our customers’ needs and drive the continued expansion of our dedicated customer base.
To excel in this position, candidates should bring a rich history of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager, and familiarity with product management frameworks, agile software development practices, and the technologies supporting requirements gathering and sprint management, such as Jira, is essential. Demonstrated experience in successfully bringing such specialized products to market will set you apart.
What You’ll Do
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with other PMs, product owners, designers, and engineers.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of product features, ensuring organizational success.
- Serve as an internal support for implementation/onboarding teams, particularly in product configuration knowledge, and expertise with integrations and migrations.
- Assist marketing in positioning and messaging that distinctly highlights Case IQ and its features within primary market segments.
- Create and manage a product backlog for primary workstreams.
- Conduct interviews with internal and external contacts to collect feedback, analyze needs, and align with the roadmap.
- Define new product concepts and potential roadmap elements for consideration.
- Document requirements using storyboards, process flows, and written specifications.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment, managing multiple scrum teams.
- Direct experience or knowledge with business process automation software.
- Proven track record in the development of SaaS products focused on compliance, risk management, or investigative case management is a plus.
- Experience with user-centered product design.
- Knowledge and practical experience with product management frameworks (e.g. JBTD).
- Up-to-date knowledge of Jira, Confluence, AHA! or other project management solutions for Agile software development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
