Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by managing lead generation, nurturing prospects, and optimizing sales processes. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and demonstrate the value of our Cyber and Data & AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, experience with CRM systems and lead management, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with leads generated from marketing campaigns and trade shows to qualify opportunities and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique challenges and demonstrating how our solutions address their needs.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to showcase the value of our Cyber and Data & AI solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, technical teams, and Sales Executives to ensure alignment in messaging and solution delivery while driving meetings with clients to grow the business.
• Gather and report customer feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of the role.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within technology, Cybersecurity, or Data & AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to effectively articulate value propositions.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and Data & AI trends and technologies is considered an asset.
• Experience working with leads generated through marketing campaigns and trade shows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation
• $55,000 to $75,000 plus commission plan
