Position Overview
The Data Analyst supports the Health Program Management Office (HPMO) by developing and maintaining reporting solutions across multiple projects. This role focuses on advanced Excel modeling and Power BI dashboards to support operational performance, capacity planning, and decision-making. The position operates in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build advanced Excel models and automate workflows
- Support reporting for operational and strategic initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings
Identify and implement process and reporting improvementsQualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, Power Query, automation)
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Additional Requirements
- Secret security clearance required
- Experience in a contracts or project-based environment is an asset
- Familiarity with project management tools is an asset
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
$65,000-$72,000
