- Perform antenna matching/tuning to target bands, and document results with photos and final values.
- Configure basic LNA biasing per datasheet, verify current/voltage and stability, and assist with input/output matching.
- Execute anechoic-chamber tests (TRP/TIS/efficiency/pattern cuts), help with daily checks/calibrations, and export labeled datasets.
- Build and rework RF prototypes for measurements
- Maintain instruments and ESD-safe benches, track consumables, and keep the lab organized and audit-ready.
- Produce concise measurement reports and change logs, follow naming/versioning, and upload data to shared repositories.

- Hands-on proficiency with soldering iron and hot air station (0402passives, coax connectors, Hybrid chip.).
- Familiarity with matching networks, LNA biasing, and RF test fixtures.
- Exposure to anechoic-chamber workflows and basic calibrations is strongly preferred.
- Solid lab fundamentals: ESD practice, neat wiring, clear labeling, diligent note-taking.
- Able to read schematics, simple RF layouts, and component datasheets.
- Scripting for data/automation (Python/Matlab) and basic Git usage is preferred
