We’re assembling a pool of early-career candidates for potential future opportunities supporting projects in the defense and security sector. We’re interested in hearing from individuals with backgrounds in:

Skilled trades (vehicle tech, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, IT, logistics)

Technical programs (engineering tech, avionics, telecommunications, cybersecurity)

Support services (HR, administration, culinary, law and security foundations)

Ideal candidates may be:

Recent or upcoming graduates from college or trades programs

Interested in structured roles with training and advancement potential

Open to relocation or working across different regions in Canada

Canadian citizens or permanent residents

Maritime Technician Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain propulsion and auxiliary systems aboard marine vessels (e.g., boilers, turbines, pumps).

Monitor engine room systems for safe and efficient performance.

Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Record operational data such as temperatures, pressures, and fluid levels.

Follow safety, environmental, and regulatory protocols (e.g., Transport Canada standards).

Maritime Technician Qualifications:

Highschool diploma and/or diploma / certificate in Power Engineering or Marine Engineering Technology

Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid systems, and energy conversion principles

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in confined spaces and in rotating shifts aboard vessels
