Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Senior Solutions Architect to meet with customers to provide pre-sales analysis, design, recommendations, and justification for customized solutions within the customer’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Account Executives to develop customer relationships and high-level solutions to assist in the sales process
• Define and design technology solutions to assist the customer in meeting their business objectives
• Create and deliver customer-facing presentations
• Ability to meet customer goals and objectives for the project within budget and on time
• Work closely with the Account Executives, manufacturer partners, and the customer to ensure a smooth transition from design to implementation and support
• Provide detailed design documentation, including diagrams detailing configurations and the installation process
• Produce accurate Bill of Materials and Statements of Work
• Proven Pre-Sales Solutions Design expertise
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level
• Able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical expertise and sales acumen
• Experience in systems analysis and design, with a solid understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies
• Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment preferred
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of Datacenter Architecture experience
• Expert-level knowledge and experience with the design and implementation of the following:
