- Tool Selection & Optimization – Evaluate, recommend, and fine-tune platforms such as Entra ID, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, and Active Directory to meet evolving demands.
- Policy & Compliance – Develop and enforce least-privilege access policies; conduct regular access reviews, audits, and risk assessments aligned to NIST, ISO 27001, and Zero-Trust principles.
- Monitoring & Incident Response – Produce real-time dashboards, support penetration tests, troubleshoot complex IAM incidents, and participate in 24/7 response rotations as needed.
- Collaboration & Mentorship – Partner with IT, HR, M&A, and Cyber teams to streamline identity lifecycle processes and mentor junior security talent.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
- 5+ years’ hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating enterprise IAM solutions (both on-prem & hybrid cloud).
- Deep expertise with Active Directory plus at least one leading IAM/PAM platform (e.g., Okta, Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Proven track record delivering IAM programs—including incident response—from strategy through steady-state operations.
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and security compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.).
- Security or vendor certifications (CISSP, CCSP, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk) considered strong assets.
