Position Overview
Provide coordination and administrative support for all aspects of the psychological assessment process.
Responsibilities
• Ensuring that all contract requirements and deadlines related to the coordination of the psychological assessment process are met or exceeded for assigned contracts.
• Communicating effectively with client agency contacts to ensure that all candidate submissions, inquiries and determinations are processed in a timely manner.
• Working closely with our psychologist network to ensure that all required materials, tests, candidate lists and other deliverables are provided in order to ensure effective processing of candidates.
• Support national testing network by booking testing venues, inviting candidates to sessions and processing venue invoices. Coordinate with test proctors to ensure effective delivery of service.
• Act as main point of contact for candidate inquiries throughout out the assessment process via phone and email.
• Monitor and maintain shared inboxes and databases to ensure accurate records for assigned contracts. Generate and provide reports to CM/agencies as required.
• Score and test candidate materials via Scantron machine/online portal. Filing and organizing of physical test materials.
• Solicitation and submission of psychologist invoices in a timely manner. Process timesheets, invoices and expense claims for CM approval.
• Processing courier packages and creating shipments for documents, office supplies and testing materials.
• Escalate agency/psychologist concerns to CM in timely fashion.
• Provide support/backup to other PAC’s as required.
• Assign / schedule candidate interviews with psychologist network.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications
• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service and administration
• Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and detailed process plans
• Excellent organizational, customer service, written and oral communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written)
• Proficiency using computerized information systems, internet, Microsoft Office applications
• A clear sense of urgency to achieve results.

• Ability to think proactively, critically, and independently to make good decisions
• Exceptional attention to detail and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
