As a member of our TSS team, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating our client's leasing operations and engaging in aircraft acquisition, lease transitions and transition budgeting. Are you ready to:

  • Conduct thorough analysis, financial modelling, and pricing for transactions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive consideration of all financial and commercial aspects of potential transactions.
  • Oversee all lease-related finances, such as rent, maintenance reserves, and invoicing.
  • Develop forecasts to optimize returns and minimize risk.
  • Support in aircraft novation/sale processes, including reviewing lease documentation provisions and releasing relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to acquisition and asset management strategies.
  • Assist in sourcing and originating deals, participating in discussions with counterparties and RFP processes.
  • Prepare and review aircraft purchase price calculations.
  • Manage LOI and transaction-related workflows efficiently.
  • Act as a Transaction Manager across different transaction types, ensuring adherence to all processes.
  • Cultivate relationships with external and internal stakeholders to expedite deal closures.
  • Handle daily administration tasks for aircraft lease contracts, including coordination with airlines for lease deliverables.
  • Administer letters of credit, security deposits, and maintenance funds with precision and accuracy.
  • Monitor bank accounts for receivables and address any debt issues promptly.
  • Review and summarize leases for new assets.
  • Manage assets on the International Registry of Mobile Assets.
  • Fulfil any other duties as required by the company.

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the aviation leasing industry, in roles such as legal, transaction, or finance.
  • Experience in financial analysis or scenario modelling.
  • A blend of academic credentials, demonstrable experience, or Professional Qualification in a financial discipline and/or aeronautical engineering.
  • The ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a dedication to achieving team and organizational goals.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and a drive for success.
  • Proficiency in Excel, report writing, and written communication.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
