About This Role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with selected Key Accounts
  • Achieve defined revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for Key Accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships identifying any pain points for the client, and interfacing with the CAE operations team in a collaborative way to resolve
  • Ensure effective and efficient communication with other departments to coordinate scheduling or any other requirements as required
  • Ensure that each Key Account Renewal Cycle is managed appropriately with approved pricing and appropriate terms and conditions.
  • Maintain a bi-monthly Call Strategy to maintain the relationship and enhance client intimacy
  • Provide Management Quarterly reports on spending levels, client feedback, trends etc., including playing an active role in forecasting
  • Maintain action trackers for each account to be updated once per month – progress to being reviewed with clients during bi-monthly calls
  • Proactively maintaining and growing relationships with Sales, Training Managers, and other CAE departments for smooth execution of customer reservations, onboarding of customers, staffing levels and aligning booking efforts
  • Monitor performance and ensure timely and accurate responses to all customers
  • Monitor, manage, and train employees to properly book training
  • Designs metrics to track customer service successes
  • Ensure Key CAO/AEs have in-depth knowledge of the assigned role
  • Acts as an escalation point for service-related concerns
  • Recruit, hire, and train Key CAOs with a high degree of independence
  • Lead Key CAO/AE team by living CAE values, actively listening and proactively serving your team needs
  • Coach, train, energize and drive your team
  • Provide consistent performance feedback to spur individual growth
  • Additional duties as required.
