About This Role

  • Perform Logistic tasks and responsible of center inventory control and usage of Simulators parts.
  • Perform tasks to support the technical services group as required.
  • Coordinates inbound and outbound logistical operations, including inventory management, and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products.
  • Controls the commercial impact of the complete range of activities from receiving, locating and dispatching, sourcing, purchasing and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Coordinate recertificate meeting with authority
  • Scheduling & attending monthly meetings with technical team
  • Preventive Maintenance PM) and Quality Test Guide Plan (QTG)
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities.
  • Complete all designated training activities.
  • Learn and comply with CAE quality management system.
  • Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner.
  • Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required.
  • Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. (Logistic and or administrator)
  • Computer literate (PC, Computer equipment and accessories).
  • Some Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and suite. (Presentation, Report etc.)
  • Fluency in English.
