The Product and Services Delivery team of CAE Flightscape is looking a motivated individual to join us as a Manager of Delivery Management to help us deliver world class Crew solutions.
The candidate will be a members of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Crew Manager, Crew Planner, Recover Manager and other airline operations management solutions / modules as part of the Crew suite for various airlines across the world. Manager of Delivery Management will also be the Subject Matter Expert on these solutions and will be involved in training airline analysts on the tools and ensure the product is adopted effectively and efficiently by the airline.
The holder of this position will be required to handle requirements to solve complex business problems using different technology and system views in one or more assigned functional areas of crew domain in addition to being a Delivery Manager for multiple customers and being a people manager.

Description
- Manage a cross‑functional SCRUM team and collaborate with all team members to deliver high‑quality software, including well‑designed, efficient, and testable business rules code using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM).
- Gather requirements directly from customers or through aviation regulatory websites, interpret them into system requirements, document them, create and test scenarios, and deliver Crew solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions for multiple customers.
- Work on high‑value revenue projects with large‑scale customer impact, operating under limited direction and minimal oversight.
- Define requirements to solve complex business problems using various technologies and system views across functional domains.
- Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of customer and industry needs; lead and coach subject matter experts and support their upskilling.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate alternative approaches and technologies.
- Analyze production logs and defects and recommend corrective actions.
- Understand customer perspective and creatively solve real user problems.
- Work closely with customers (remote and on‑site) to train, extract, and define business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement Crew software systems within planned timelines and budgets.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the application’s user interface—functionally and technically—to support adoption and integration into customer business processes.
- Participate in Interactive Pilot Assessment (IPA) meetings and project workshops to understand customer business processes and demonstrate application/business rules functionality.
- Test and document new releases and new or modified module functionality.
- Ensure consistent use of approved methods, processes, and tools.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork skills.
- Performance will be evaluated based on timely delivery of customer solutions and ability to articulate product value to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven analytical skills.
- Good understanding of database concepts with working knowledge of SQL.
- Basic understanding of Linux and Windows platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Unix commands.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient English written and oral communication skills; additional language is an advantage.
- Ability to identify problems and know when escalation is appropriate.
- Willingness to travel 20–40%.
- Must be able to work in all necessary functional areas as needed.
- Aviation industry experience, particularly in the Crew domain.
- Experience on Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Technical experience with:
- DBMS: Oracle, SQL
- Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Windows
- Microsoft Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Developer
- Other Tools: Java, Python, Angular, React, C++, Rally, JIRA, WinSCP, PuTTY
