As a Senior Product Manager – Flight Management Solutions, you will play a key role in the success of CAE’s mission-critical Flight Operations Solutions platform, with a primary focus on the Flight Plan Manager tool for airline operations dispatch officers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology/development, quality assurance, and delivery—to design and deliver innovative solutions that address operational challenges and create measurable value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze product features and gather customer input to understand operational challenges.
  • Create business and functional descriptions for new features and work closely with SCRUM teams to design solutions.
  • Collaborate with technology/development, QA, and delivery teams to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Leverage flight operations expertise to influence product strategy and roadmap.

Location & Travel

  • Kraków, Poland (Hybrid working approach).
  • Approximately 20% travel (domestic and international) for customer workshops and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of expertise in Airline Flight Operations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Ability to lead through influence and credibility, demonstrating integrity and transparency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple cultures and time zones.
  • Innovative mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, airspace management, and civil aviation authorities worldwide.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, or MBA.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Poland.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with agile development teams and understanding of Scrum.
  • Technical Product Management or Business Analyst experience.
  • Familiarity with integration of data between multiple products.
  • Dispatch and/or Pilot license.
  • Previous ATC Coordinator experience with complex EU or FAA airspace sectors.

Base Pay Range

Our total rewards package includes base pay and benefits, with final compensation determined by experience, skill, location, and internal equity.

Base salary range: PLN 19,000 – 24,000 gross per month
