Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.

  • Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

  • Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.

  • Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance).

  • Minimum 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.

  • Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.

  • Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.

  • Bilingual in French and English (must be comfortable delivering training in English to an international client base).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience flying business aircraft.

Benefits

  • Flexible vacation policy and schedule.

  • Paid holidays to support work‑life balance.

  • Occasional work‑from‑home flexibility.

  • Defined Benefit Pension Plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Group RRSP.

  • Flexible benefits program including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting‑edge simulation technology.

  • Variety in training delivery — not taught from a canned script.

  • Ability to remain active in the cockpit while staying close to home.

  • Professional development within a global team of aviation experts.
