As an Instructor Pilot, your role is essential in cultivating confidence, competence, and operational mastery in every pilot you train. Whether leading simulator sessions, conducting ground school, or facilitating pre‑flight briefings, you will ensure pilots are fully prepared for the moments that matter.

Delivering high‑quality simulator and ground school instruction.
Preparing and conducting briefings and debriefings.
Ensuring training aligns with Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.
Maintaining your own qualifications and participating in continuous professional development.
Sharing your aviation knowledge and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance).
Minimum 1,500 hours of multi‑crew experience.
Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet‑based programs.
Must be authorized to live and work in Canada.
Bilingual in French and English (must be comfortable delivering training in English to an international client base).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience flying business aircraft.
