AI Tools & Automation Intern – Flight Plan Manager

The role we are offering you:
The Flight Delivery Team delivers and supports a leading Flight Management product suite—Flight Plan Manager, eFlight Manager, Flight Explorer, and OpsComm—used by major airlines worldwide. The team works on deployments, upgrades, training, and operational support across modern cloud and legacy platforms.
As an AI Tools & Automation Intern – Flight Plan Manager, you will collaborate with Business and Technical SMEs, Product Managers, Developers, and automation teams to design and prototype AI-driven automation that improves flight planning efficiency and operational workflows. Are you ready to:
Develop automation workflows using AI/GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, Python).
Identify manual processes and propose automation improvements.
Build and test AI-assisted prototypes for data processing, reporting, and documentation.
Support integration of AI tools into operational workflows.
Document use cases and automation outcomes.
Research emerging AI tools and best practices.
Our ideal candidate has:

Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, or automation concepts.
Exposure to Python, Power Automate, Excel, or APIs (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering
Freshers who graduated in 2025 or students currently in their final year (pursuing graduation)
Location of the internship is Whitefield, Bangalore
Internship will be carried out in Hybrid mode. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply
