Role Overview
As the Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer, you will conduct activities in line with the applicable contracted Systems Engineering Management Plan or similar. This role involves leading the planning, coordination and execution of V&V activities for the F-AMTS Program.
You will have the chance to be a technical leader, engage with stakeholders across the program, have oversight of the testing teams to deliver high-quality, validated training solutions.
The role we are offering you
- Lead the development and execution of V&V strategies, plans and schedules for training systems
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test documentation including test plans, procedures and reports
- Coach and mentor other V&V Engineers and testers, ensuring alignment with project goals and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement in V&V processes, tools and methodologies
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven V&V Engineering experience, or similar
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Systems Engineering is highly regarded
- Showcase ability to prepare, concise and persuasive communications for multiple audiences
Location:
- Homebush, NSW
- We operate a hybrid working approach.

Security requirements
As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible to obtain a Defence Security Clearance to work in this role – please be mindful to obtain a clearance, one of the main requirements is you must be an Australian Citizen.
