We are looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Technical Program Manager (TechPM) to join our Flightscape Project Management Office (PMO). In this pivotal role, you will drive financial accountability, establish scalable program management frameworks, and ensure the successful delivery of our product roadmaps—on time and within scope.

About the PMO
The Flightscape PMO is a strategic enabler within the organization. Our team of Technical Program Managers, Project Controllers, and Project Managers works closely with finance and operational excellence experts to deliver value across the business.
We are responsible for:
Acting as a shared service across all Flightscape product suites
Delivering PMO expertise, standardized tools, reporting, training, and coaching
Managing top-level objectives (OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, governance)
Providing data-driven insights for better decision-making (budget, scope, resources)
Prioritizing strategic initiatives and leading key cross-functional programs
Institutionalizing a financial structure that improves time and resource planning
What You’ll Do
As a TechPM, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Ensuring financial discipline and delivering on budgetary objectives
Designing and executing programs aligned with strategic goals and product roadmaps
Coordinating across Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and delivery
Leading program planning and tracking scope, resources, budget, schedule, and dependencies
Managing change, mitigating risks, and ensuring program goals are met
Establishing governance frameworks and process documentation, including release management
Driving execution and holding stakeholders accountable
Removing roadblocks and proactively addressing risks
Producing metrics-driven reports and executive-level presentations
Facilitating risk, issue, and change management at the program level
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and brings the following:
3+ years of experience in program or project management
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
PMP and/or Agile certifications (preferred)
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA)
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Location
- This role is based in Kraków, Poland, in the Łagiewniki–Borek Fałęcki area (southern part of the city). We operate in a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely.
