Summary
CAE USA is looking for an experienced Property Administrator/Custodian to support its customer at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting the US Government and will be responsible for coordinating property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government property in accordance with company practices and applicable government regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for management of government property for the program.
Works with Government Property Manager to ensure compliance to FAR 52.245-1.
Coordinates physical movement of government property.
Perform annual property inventories.
Maintain property accountability records.
Determine condition and arrange for disposal of surplus or obsolete material.
Coordinate property audits and provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability.
Coordinate shipping/deliveries of equipment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Prefer candidates who possess knowledge of government property control principles, practices, standards and supplements (i.e. – FAR 45, FAR 52.245-1, applicable DFARS clauses, ASTM standard, AS9100, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and minimum of two years experience in area of logistics, supply, inventory control, or government property administration; in lieu of degree, a minimum of six years related experience
Candidate will be subject to a US Government security investigation and must have the ability to obtain/maintain the required security clearance (Secret)
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Ability to lift a maximum of 75lbs
Ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft high
