About This Role
Ideal for an analytical person and eager to learn new things every day. The position requires overseeing the application tasks related to in-house applications that support various airline processes.
Under general direction, you will operate production systems, design and build automation to ensure scalability and efficiency, develop tools and scripts using a variety of scripting languages as required for monitoring, deployment and automation.
The role we are offering you will:
- Work under minimum supervision with few direct instructions
- Build and utilise automation tools with respect to the release management process
- Actively participate in Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management processes as well as on-call support.
- Be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and taking actions and triage for production systems while working on Incidents.
- Assist in the technical coordination between service integrators, vendors and partners.
Our ideal candidate has:
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Operations or software engineering for software products
AWS certification
Terraform certification
CKA/CKAD Kubernetes certification.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies, SCM, and Software Development life-cycle practices
Advanced oral and written communication level in English
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate experience required
The following will be considered as a plus:
RHEL certified admin
Zabbix knowledge
Oracle knowledge at the user level
Location:
- Kraków, Księdza Józefa Tischnera 8 - Tischnera Office
- We operate a hybrid working approach (3 days a week from the office).
Your role may involve some international travel (approximately 10%).
