- 5 + years of experience in human resources generalist role.
- Will manage timekeeping and payroll platforms and process payroll on a timely manner
- Will be in charge of contract preparation, onboarding of new employees and offboarding of exiting employees , including coordination with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional employee experience
- Submit ensure timeliness of reports such as headcount report on a monthly basis for both JV and local government office as required.
- Will ensure the completeness and accuracy of reports and all Workday Transactions are updated.
- Monitors the payment of statutory benefit and loan payments of SSS and HDMF for the company monthly and its posting date.
- Will manage in the implementation of HR Programs and other Employment Engagement Activities Keeps track of all benefits Applications for SSS, PHIC and HDMF including, facilitation of benefits such as Statutory Loan Processing
- Manage all personnel filing systems and Record Management
- Coordinate on all milestones of employee lifecycle (ex. probationary reviews, employee confirmations, performance / behavior improvement plans, promotions, annual merit increases, incentive computations and payouts, etc.
- Assist in updating and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations
- Coordination on HR audits for accuracy and compliance
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
