The CAE Internship is a three-month, full-time paid internship starting July 1st. Upon successful completion, interns will have a chance to continue their journey with CAE as full-time or part-time employees.

As a Software Engineer Intern at CAE, you are part of a team that strives to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Software Engineers at CAE’s Flight Operations Solutions support end-to-end solutions that improve decision-making by using data across the entire operation for spanning crew, flight, movement, airport, onboard catering, and cost management.

​The role we are offering you:

We are looking for motivated Software Engineering and Computer Science students eager to learn and make a difference while assisting with various software-related tasks.

We are thrilled to announce open positions for two exciting roles: QA Automation Specialists with expertise in Java and Software Engineers also specializing in Java.

Your contributions will be crucial as you provide technical support to senior engineers in design, testing, documentation, and implementation while also playing a key role in installing and integrating innovative software packages.

​Are you ready to:

  • Engage in various engineering activities, including designing and testing software, creating comprehensive documentation, implementing solutions, and installing and integrating software packages.

  • Collect and analyze data, preparing detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

  • Offer administrative and technical assistance to the Engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and effective project execution.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • You should be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s degree (or higher level) program, majoring in an Engineering discipline, preferably Software Engineering or Computer Science.

  • Familiarity with the Java programming language and SQL is essential. Knowledge of Oracle SQL database is a plus.

  • A strong willingness to learn new procedures and applications.

  • Proficient English communication skills (at least B2 level), both spoken and written.

Location:

  • Kraków, Księdza Józefa Tischnera 8 - Tischnera Office
  • We operate a hybrid working approach (3 days a week from the office).
