The successful candidate will provide exceptional service while preparing quality beverages, assisting with food service, and ensuring the café is clean, organized, and well stocked.Availability RequirementsSuccessful applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, including both weekdays and weekends, between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.Key Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious guest service experience in a cafe environmentAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureStrong attention to detailAbility to take initiative and work independentlyBasic computer skillsSmart Serve certification requiredBilingualism is considered an assetOpen availability, including weekdays and weekends Key Responsibilities Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming mannerPrepare high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and other drinksAnswer guest questions and make beverage recommendationsServe food items and assist with café serviceOperate the cash register and process guest transactions accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environmentEnsure the coffee bar is fully stocked with necessary suppliesFollow all food and beverage handling, Health & Safety, and sanitation proceduresContribute to a positive and welcoming guest experienceWork collaboratively with the Food & Beverage
