The Flex Fitness Studio is a high-end health club that offers an assortment of amenities within our facility. We are currently looking for a P.T Flex Welcome Partner Lead. You will be responsible for providing a sensational experience to our leisure guests and members.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest service; supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through
• Comfortable with administrative systems and tracking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• CPR/First Aid certification is required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday (am and pm shifts)

Job Profile:

• Ensure smooth daily operations and supporting team members
• Ensure team alignment with policies, procedures, and daily expectations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and overall facility presentation
• Monitor daily operations through checklists and follow-ups to ensure completion
• Oversee inventory levels (towels, F&B, supplies)
• Review access tracking, identify issues, and follow up on membership or billing concerns
• Deliver exceptional guest and member service; handle inquiries and escalations professionally
• Support membership sales and promote services
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
• Monitor the pool and facility for safety concerns; report and document incidents as required
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
