Au Naturel Spa at the Brookstreet Hotel is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our passionate, professional, and welcoming team. We care for clients of all ages and health goals, and our exceptional on-site amenities allow guests to put wellness first.

Our spa features 13 fully equipped treatment rooms in a calm, inviting atmosphere. We offer a complete range of massage services—including Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Shiatsu, Thai, Reflexology, Cranial Sacral, and Indie Head Massage—providing guests with a truly full-spectrum therapeutic experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate from an accredited school of massage

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

• Current professional licenses and liability insurance

• First Aid/CPR Level C certification

average hourly wage range $46-$51 based on fee per service split

Hours of Operation

• Mon–Fri: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Your Role

• Deliver safe, effective, and tailored massage treatments

• Complete all documentation and charting in accordance with guidelines (Book4Time software training provided)

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Safeguard guest confidentiality at all times

• Stay current with massage techniques through continuous learning

• Attend scheduled department meetings and contribute to team success
