About the Role

The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical service and support for medical equipment, ensuring installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions are performed according to the company’s quality standards. This role involves close interaction with customers, internal teams, and company representatives, as well as extensive travel within the country and abroad. The Field Engineer will also contribute to process improvements and identify business opportunities detected in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical service activities including equipment installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance, in compliance with company quality standards.
  • Register, document, and report all service activities in the company’s management system.
  • Interact with customers, company representatives, and internal departments to resolve issues related to capital equipment.
  • Identify and report potential business opportunities detected during field activities.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures, service processes, and documentation standards.
  • Proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the service area.
  • Travel extensively within the country and internationally, as required by service needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced student or near completion of studies in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromedicine Technician degree, Bachelor’s degree in Electromedicine, or related fields.
  • Advanced English level (mandatory).
  • Availability to work under a 100% field-based modality, with full availability to travel (mandatory).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in medical equipment technical service is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles is desirable.
