About the role:

This role will work on the Neuromodulation team supporting compensation administration for the Interventional Spine (IVS) franchise. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy, field training, finance, and compensation as well as interact directly with our field sales. The Sales Compensation Analyst will work cross-functionally to administer and maintain compensation plans that drive business performance and overall sales strategy. The Sales Compensation Analyst will also assist in roster management and field sales system hierarchy. Additionally, in this role you will assist in the management, production, and analytics of commissions paid to our US NM Field Sales. The Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable to ensure the accuracy of all compensation data such as employee data, revenue performance, account alignments, compensation rates, etc.

Your Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborates with finance, sales leadership, marketing, IT and other sales operations functions to deliver on commercial strategies and drive a continuous improvement culture.

  • Responsible for the administration and validation of employee data, sales hierarchy, IVS monthly/quarterly/annual commissions.

  • Partners with Center of Excellence to execute monthly validation audits to ensure 100% accurate commissions calculations.

  • Assists in the commission audit of monthly financial accruals.

  • Process monthly and quarterly commission adjustments and exceptions.

  • Consults on sales compensation system enhancements and modifications. This includes the layout, testing, documentation and validation of plan changes and commission calculation accuracy.

  • Assists with administration of sales incentive plans and contests.

  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures, federal, state, & local compensation laws & regulations.

  • Conducts ad hoc analysis as requested.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Sales Compensation experience.

  • Advanced Excel experience.

  • Ability to be both a team player and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Anaplan software experience

  • Sales Operations experience

  • Medical Industry experience
