About the role:
As a Content Strategy Orchestration Manager, you will be responsible for developing the framework for content excellence across our digital marketing ecosystem. You will lead the development of scalable content operation strategies that drive consistency, efficiency, and performance. This role bridges strategy, technology, and execution to transform content operations – focusing on metadata, governance, modular content, personalization, and platform integration – all aligned to shared taxonomy, tools, and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle strategy, including planning, workflow, distribution, automation, and archival best practices – driving consistency and efficiency through governance, automation, and systems integration.
- Establish and manage content governance frameworks, including naming conventions, version control, and standardized playbooks to guide strategy and execution across content marketing teams.
- Define and identify modular content models (e.g., content fragments, experience fragments, dynamic content blocks) aligned to user journeys, personalization, and business goals.
- Integrate generative AI tools into content workflows to support scalable creation while upholding brand, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Ensure consistent application of metadata and taxonomy in partnership with content strategists, taxonomy, and production teams to support discoverability, personalization, and measurement.
- Collaborate with platform owners (AEM, Aprimo, Salesforce), IT, and analytics teams to enable seamless content delivery, measurement, and performance optimization.
- Lead training and enablement efforts to onboard teams into new content operation frameworks and best practices.
- Track and report on content governance effectiveness, including KPIs, adoption, and ROI.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 5+ years in content strategy, content operations, or digital marketing in a matrixed, global organization.
- Proven experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (or similar enterprise CMS) and familiarity with modular content strategies.
- Strong understanding of content governance, taxonomy, and metadata frameworks.
- Ability to document, communicate, and enforce content standards across distributed teams.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in medtech, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with DAM (e.g., Aprimo, AEM Assets) and taxonomy tools (e.g., PoolParty).
- Exposure to personalization and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
