Role: Associate, Admin Assistant (Off Roll)

Work mode: Hybrid

Onsite Location(s): Gurgaon, India

Purpose Statement:

Provide administrative support, primarily travel and expenses, to Legal Operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements for Legal & Global Compliance Management Committee and their direct reports; make flight, hotel and car reservations in accordance with company policies
• Prepare expense reports
• Support Legal Operations with vendor invoicing
• Provide general administrative support to department as and when required. Such support may include scheduling meetings, preparing mailing, and filing.

Job Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in related role.
