Finance and Admin Specialist - 12 Months Contract

As a Finance and Admin Specialist it is your responsibility to manage our company’s financial accounting, reporting systems, and administrative operations. Works under general supervision of the finance controller and coordinating with the Country Coordinator.

Your responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee and manage the preparation of all financial documentation, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable.
  • Complete bank reconciliations.
  • Record all transactions on our ERP system.
  • Process tax payments and returns at the bank and coordinate with our tax advisor.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Assist in financial and tax audits, and general ledger preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Administrative operation:

  • Handling office currier
  • Purchase office supplies and deal with landlord management.
  • Assist the Country coordinator in local events preparation and reservations for visitors

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Prior experience as a Finance and Admin Specialist role or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Finance, tax and accounting knowledge
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
