RM (Rhythm Management) division at Boston Scientific is responsible for the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) portfolio and Electrophysiology (EP) portfolio.
Purpose Statement:
The Pricing Analyst RM EMEA supports the division with the development, maintenance, and execution of Pricing Strategies. The role will operate at the EMEA level, leading overall RM pricing strategy and price setting, partnering with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, and RM product management and FP&A teams.
Team structure: The Pricing Analyst RM EMEA reports to Pricing Lead RM EMEA. The Pricing Analyst RM EMEA will be part of the RM EMEA C&CE team - Commercial & Customer Engagement (C&CE) Excellence.
Location: Any EMEA hub - hybrid working mode
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing strategy and setting
- Analyze Pricing data and elaborate tactical and strategic recommendations
- Develop value-based pricing strategies in collaboration with the marketing teams and localize them based country market dynamics
- Lead development of performance-driven customer price guidance
- Collaborate with the EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence (COE) to execute initiatives at divisional level
Price reporting
- Ownership of divisional pricing reporting towards leadership
- Support the preparation of pricing reports for Monthly/Quarterly business reviews incl. preparing the template, conducting deep dive investigation for report interpretation, and drafting insights
Pricing execution support and tools
- Support local forums for monthly review of price and margin metrics and discussion of pricing initiatives
Your Profile
- Degree in management, economics, engineering, or related discipline
- At least 3 years work experience in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations roles
- Exposure to Medtech industry will be highly appreciated
- Deep knowledge and proven expertise in the field of Pricing strategy and execution
- Fluency in English is a must, strong written and verbal communication skills. Native or C1 level of additional European languages is a plus
- Analytic & strategic mindset, data-savvy, detail-oriented
- Capable to communicate complex concepts and findings in a simple and immediate manner
- Team player, promoting collaboration and works effectively with others across the organization to achieve goals and uncover opportunities
- Ability to influence and challenge sales and marketing leaders on commercial topics with confidence
- Tableau proficiency would be a plus
