About the Role:
Magellan, our global business transformation program, is driving the migration of our ERP system from SAP ECC to S4 HANA. The goal of Magellan is to simplify, standardize, and modernize our core business processes, enabling BSC to harness the power of data for sustainable growth.
We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Administrator to provide support to the Customer care and capital equipment organisation in managing controlled documentation of business process, service engineering and operations. This role interfaces with internal customers to ensure an understanding of documentation requirements, methods, associated tools and software.
The ideal candidate has experience working with complex business systems, particularly SAP (preferably S4/Hana), and integrated applications across functional processes. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Process documentation deliverables:
- creating and updating documentation in Windchill and SAP,
- creating and updating supply items in SAP,
- managing data, procedures and/or processes related to function.
- Review and implement process and procedure changes in SOP’s (Standard Operations Procedures), WI’s (Work Instructions) and KSD’s (Knowledge Sharing Documents).
- Service BOM windchill support (specifically for SDE team)
- Coordinate, organize and/or lead administrative tasks in support of functional area.
- May assist professional and technical staff with special projects.
- May support the L&D team in the creation of job aids and digital content for training purposes where required
Who are we looking for:
- MBO 3 or MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education),
- Good English verbal and written communication skills,
- Organized in planning and executing activities and detail oriented/ accurate,
- Can work both independent and in a team environment,
- Good understanding of GDP (Good Documentation Practice),
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills,
- Strong, proactive work ethic, self-motivating,
- Continuous Improvement attitude,
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Systems (e.g. Windchill, Oracle, Siemens) is highly desirable,
- Experience with Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
This position will start with a defined term contract ( max 12 months), you can work Hybrid and we prefer that you use our office in Kerkrade, London or Dusseldorf.
