Position Summary
QNX is found in everything from infotainment systems to the internet, from medical devices to space systems, from manufacturing to nuclear power plants, and of course, in the next wave of self-driving cars.
As a member of the Engineering Release / DevOps team, you will be a contributor, working on engineering system migrations and system integrations which support the engineering teams as well as the release and provisioning of all QNX products.
You will receive the necessary training for working with these systems as well as the opportunity for technical training on QNX products.
You will exercise all aspects of the software development life cycle and you will see your project(s) deployed for use.
Location: Ottawa, ON
Length of Term: 4 or 8 Months

Developing and debugging engineering integration systems

Test creation/execution

Who we are looking for
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar fields of study
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Good communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal
High degree of motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Above and beyond
Familiarity with QNX, Linux, or other UNIX-like operating systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
Familiarity with Salesforce, PHP, SQL
Familiarity with middleware integration concepts
