Position Summary

Quality Analyst will be responsible for performing standardized quality control audit on process quality for support cases to ensure they meet established quality standards and monitoring key Critical to Quality performance daily. You are required to perform calibration test, maintain & audit records for ISO compliance and identify areas for quality control improvement in addition to participate and support Senior Quality Analyst in process improvement if required.

Location: Waterloo, ON

Length of Term: 4 Months

What you will do

• Conduct quality audits on customer interactions

• Provide feedback & work with Senior team for improvement

• Perform calibration with Sr. Quality Team

• Communicate changes to processes and quality score card

• Excel, as well as data reporting

• Database: Data Entry
